Okay, entri kali ni juat a short one and it's about courtroom visit, few weeks ago. Baru sempat update, busy sikit semester ni. So here we go! This fieldtrip was under Forensic Psychology. On 3rd of May, kami semua ke mahkamah Kuala Lumpur!!!
Kalau kenal aku or pernah baca entri before, aku suka benda-benda yang melibatkan crimes. So courtroom visit is one of my bucketlist. And finally yeay!
Actually civil and magistrate courtroom, terbuka untuk orang awam. So, sesiapa yang rasa nak lepak kat mahkamah tu haa bolehlah pergi sana sambil-sambil tengok the process of proceedings and cases happened in Malaysia. It was all fun bila tengok dalam dramas and movies but the real itself hm maybe sebab tak ada rezeki untuk tengok kes-kes begitu.
The visit was not that bad. Kes pada hari tu banyak since it's Friday. Aku sempat masuk few courtrooms. The first one mostly about drugs and all of em were pleaded to guilty. Bosan sangat. Then, few of us went for lunch. Memandangkan lepas lunch tu ada few hours lagi sebelum balik, jadi kami ambil kesempatan untuk sambung jelajah courtroom.
Last courtroom yang kami masuk boleh tahan banyak juga kes yang berbeza but somehow it's kind of boring sampai ada antara kami tersengguk-sengguk. Yang dipenjuru lagilah, tidur terus 😂 So, a little bit of cases were stealing motorcycles, drugs, overstayed, sex, masuk Malaysia without valid visa/ documents, keep alcohol at home amounting RM 12k and few more... Tak ingat dahh 😅
Overall, it's a great thing to do and learn. Well, learning by living is what we do.
